Press Windows Button + D , To go to desktop
Press Windows Button + R ,And type CMD or command prompt, CMD will Appear.
Type: shutdown -s -t 00 or shutdown.exe -s -t 00
Hit Enter...

-s =SHUTDOWN U Can Use -r = Restart
-t 00 = Time in seconds U can use -t 60 for 1 min or any time u want
